In Birmingham gibt es ja nicht nur unzählige Quilts anzusehen, sondern auch ebenso viele Verkaufsstände der Händler und einiger KünstlerInnen, die ihre Anleitungen verkaufen. Drei davon hatte ich schon letztes Jahr im Auge, heuer habe ich bei ihnen eingekauft und bei einer überlege ich mir sogar, nächstes Jahr einen Workshop zu besuchen.
There aren´t only countless quilts to see in Birmingham but also tons of shop dealers and some artists, selling their patterns. Three of them I already had in my mind last year, so this year I bought their patterns and with one of them I plan to do a workshop next year.

Es gibt auch einige Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen, die mit Quilts werben - Project LINUS - diesen Quilt hätte ich gerne als Kind gehabt.

Und noch kleinere Quilts haben mich ebenso begeistert - wie die der MINIATURE QUILTS Gruppe (eine Untergruppe der British Quilt Guild).
I also took a fancy to even smaller quilts, the ones from the MINIATURE QUILTS Group (a subgroup of the British Quilt Guild).
